Thanks Ting! I’m glad you think I’m super funny! I can’t take 100% credit for the scenery but I’m very glad you chose my tour to see it! Please visit again! Melbourne is just a suburb of Tasmania after all!
Gute kleine Gruppenreise

Genossen die Touren. Die Anzahl der Leute in dem Van war genau richtig. Der einzige Vorschlag ist, Mike hinzuzufügen, da es schwierig war, den Führer zu hören, wenn er sprach und hinten fuhr.

A packed full day of great sights, information and experiences all led by Alex , a friendly and intuitive tour leader. The walk to the lookout at Wineglass Bay is challenging but well worth the effort for those who are fit and able to do it.

Excellent views along the way. Tour guide Alessandro shared his knowledge about the areas/places we visited. Ice-cream at Kate's Berry Farm topped of the day. It was a very long day.
Antwort des Veranstalters, Feb. 2023
Thanks Vera! Our full day tour does offer a lot to see and do as we travel to this beautiful part of Tasmania’s east coast! And ice cream makes every day better 😊
Great tour guide but terrible weather so not really worth it
Olivia,
Feb. 2023
Great tour guide and lovely group but the weather kind of screwed up the trip. It was foggy and raining heavily as we headed to wineglass bay so we were unable to see much and heading to the lookouts seemed a bad idea. We ended up going to a small historic town and stopping at other scenic and touristy spots which was alright. Definitely go with Alex if going to wineglass bay! But don’t go if the weather isn’t looking great.
Antwort des Veranstalters, Feb. 2023
Thanks for the review Olivia. It’s unfortunate Tassie’s unpredictable weather dampened our day but certainly not our spirits.

The small hike up to see the view of Wineglass Bay was wonderful and driving through Richmond Village was lovely. Alex, our guide was fantastic
Antwort des Veranstalters, Feb. 2023
Thank you Elisha The walk to Wineglass Bay lookout certainly is worth it when you reach the top! Lovely to hear you enjoyed our visit to Richmond! It’s a wonderful piece of Tasmania’s history and gives us the chance to share stories of Tasmania’s convict beginnings and the early explorers adventures discovering Tasmania’s east coast.

Alec was an incredible tour guide, fun, knowledgeable, a great storyteller and made the experience a cut above any others. The day was rich with spectacular and unforgettable experiences. There was so much to see and do and the weather was sublime. I would go again tomorrow! One of the magical experiences in this gorgeous island.

Rain and low clouds...
Sandra_S,
Jan. 2023
Rain and low clouds prevented us from seeing anything and there were no alternative plans in place. Mini bus was full and not comfortable enough for a whole day’s travel. Our guide did his best.
Antwort des Veranstalters, Jan. 2023
Unfortunately the weather rained on our parade which lead some to choose to stay on the bus and not to take short walks to the beautiful Freycenet sites. We did visit nearby Bicheno and of course Richmond on the way back to Hobart and despite the weather most still found beauty at the places we visited. With the chances of four seasons in one day in Tassie might I suggest you carry a rain coat in future😊
Awesome Day

Had an absolutely amazing time on this tour. Definitely worth the long drive out. Tour guide, and driver Alex was amazing. Provided a lot of historical information, knowledge, and comedy. Very easy to talk to and accommodating guide. The hike up to wineglass bay look out was beautiful. The colors of the water are phenomenal. The new added lower section to the lookout was great. Alex also took us to additional spots while in the national park to get better views of the beauty. On the way back, we stopped at a wonderful Vineyard for lunch. To end the day we stopped at a local farm and enjoyed fresh fruit. Highly recommend this tour and make sure you book with Alex.

Alex is a nice tour guide, he has shown us many nice scenic spots such as Honeymoon Bay, Coles Bay on our way to Wineglass Bay.Unfortunately some people in our group didn't stick to the tight schedule and we were running late to see all the scenic spots. When we reached Richmond, we didn't have time to get out to view the town.
Antwort des Veranstalters, Nov. 2022
Thanks for the review. Wineglass Bay and Freycenet National Park are our main tour destinations. Richmond is an added on experience which we include to enhance our historic story telling, highlighting the historic buildings and putting them into context with the exploration and settlement of Tasmania’s east coast. As such our visit here is only brief. We do stop and spend time at the historic, convict built Richmond Bridge, a stunning backdrop for memorable photos. Going through Richmond and the Coal River Valley also allows us to showcase this popular wine region. If Richmond is somewhere you would like to spend more time exploring, shuttle buses operate regularly from Hobart.
A great day out

Scenery, knowledgable tour guide, small group. Walk up to Wineglass Bay lookout steep so get fit before trip walking up hills & stairs. Worth it though.
Antwort des Veranstalters, Nov. 2022
Thanks for your review. The walk to the Wineglass Bay lookout sure is worth it and is suitable for everyone, except maybe those with preexisting medical conditions and low levels of fitness.
